TRAYCOMPACT boards cost just pennies per unit, are disposable, and are available in silver, gold/black and gold/white combinations.

The "board" used in the making of TRAYCOMPACT is 100% recycled paper that is treated with an anti-moisture inhibitor to insure the boards are water and oil resistant. The "foil" used in the lamination of TRAYCOMPACT is actually a gold or silver metallic oxide (sputter coating film disposition) that is covered with "OPP" (clear polypropylene). The final resut is a "sandwich" of moisture-resistant board, covered with the metallic-oxide film, then laminated with transparent polypropylene film to ensure 100% bonding and no delamination.


MOISTURE RESISTANCE:
TRAYCOMPACT boards are fully moisture resistant. The core board is treated with a moisture inhibitor that eliminates moisture penetration. The surface coatings are either Polyethylene or Polypropylene. All glues used in the lamination process are moisture resistant. We guarantee that if immersed in water, the boards will gain no more than 5% moisture content and will never delaminate.
