TRAYCOMPACT is made of 100% recycled newspaper with a special adhesive designed to repel moisture. If immersed in water or oil for 48 hours, TRAYCOMPACT will not gain more than 5% moisture content.

TRAYCOMPACT exterior surfaces are laminated with "OPP", clear polypropylene. This film insures 100% bonding so that TRAYCOMPACT will never delaminate.

"OPP" has many advantages over foil laminants:

• OPP is recyclable. Foil cannot be separated from paper. OPP can.
• OPP has no PVC. No PVdC. No vinylic varnish. Foil does.
• OPP is energy saving. Production of foil consumes more energy than OPP.
• OPP will not oxidize. Aluminum Foil boards are subject to oxidation and therefore are not used by our firm.
