Available in diameters of 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 inches, TRAYCOMPACT flat round foil boards are constructed of 100% recycled paper, making it ecologically preferable. Treated with an anti-moisture adhesive to ensure that the boards are water and oil resistant, the foil used in the lamination process of TRAYCOMPACT is in fact a gold or silver metallic-oxide that is covered with a clear polypropylene film. TRAYCOMPACT can be used for a wide variety of food presentations, and it is guaranteed to be moisture resistant and not delaminate. The special lamination process is FDA, EEC and Canadian certified for food use.
